apparently according to a fan blog, around the time when the merchandise is out, in japan there used to be a hot topic where in one show, men said that “a woman wearing glasses, while eyes looking upward is very moe”

you see tsuna is bowing a little with his eyes tilting upwards. gokudera and kawahira’s heads on the other hand is straight in normal position, so it’s more like side-way glance.
